It was a fun activity and in August we took the cruise at 9pm so we got to see the tower Sparkel at 10 pm. Just make sure you reach at least 30-40 minutes before the time you want to take the cruise because there's always a huge queue. Lastly the Crepe shop is near the Trocadero viewpoint and not near the cruise so read the email properly they give good directions.

The duration was fine, but they put too many people on the boat and there wasn't even a canopy on the upper deck to provide shade. It was very hot.

I liked the free bar. The host should speak all three languages, but I don't understand any of them. I'm in Portugal and the first language she spoke was English. What's more, she said goodbye in English. That shocked me. In addition, some kind of compensation should be offered when we don't get to see the dolphins. It's unfair to pay full price if you don't get the same experience. I understand that the guides can't control the dolphins, but I pay to see them. If I didn't see them, it's not right to pay the same price.

Muy bien! Hubo que esperar una hora aproximadamente para poder subir al crucero, pero todo muy bien organizado. El crepe muy bueno, y las vistas desde el puesto a la torre eifel espectaculares! El crucero estuvo muy chulo!

abends viel zu lange Wartezeiten. Man müsste beim Buchen des Tickets eine Zeit bekommen um es besser zu organisieren. Wir hatten knapp 2h Wartezeit und konnten dementsprechend nicht zur gewünschten Uhrzeit fahren.

The trip on the Seine was great but I didn't bother to fo to find the credentials tasting as it was too far from the boat docking place. I was disappointed it was so far to walk during a veey hot day .

A beautiful tourist trap.... A huge crowd at 8 p.m.... packed like sardines.... it's cheaper to buy entry tickets directly. You end up paying a lot for the crepes. There's no advantage to buying this.

por favor lleven audífonos y datos en el celular para la audioguía. Es un tour que sale a cada rato y está súper porque no tienes que estar apurado. El barco tiene baño y puedes estar en la parte de arriba o la de abajo por si está lloviendo o está haciendo mucho calor

The boat was too crowded. After a long queue, there was no more room in the upper area, where the best views are probably. We had to be on the lower deck, under cover, where you can practically only see the water of the Seine, and the occasional pedestrian on the street. Don't expect to see any buildings from the lower deck. There should be two prices, one for the upper deck, and another for the lower. We should have paid half. The crepe, the best part of the activity, although it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

The cruise departs right next to the Eiffel Tower! It's very easy to get to the queue and all the seats at the top are great for getting the best views of Paris, so don't worry if you're at the back! (If you're a large group, go early so you can all stay together). The tour lasts 1 hour and takes you past most of the main attractions! As for the crepes, they are DELICIOUS! But to get them, you still have to walk a bit, about 15 minutes uphill, and if you're not in good shape, you'll get tired! But you can always ask the fittest member of the group to go and get the crepes for everyone, like we did! For me, this is the best experience you can have in Paris if you're on a budget, and it's definitely something not to be missed on your visit to Paris! The departure and arrival with views of the Eiffel Tower are breathtaking?

Experience of the Eiffel Tower was great and easily accessible but the crepe tasting was terrible !!! I found the place and went there for them to say that it weren’t them it was by the Eiffel Tower and then to go back down there to look which wasn’t was a joke really as I knew where I went was the right place . I even asked security in two different spots along the way and they both said where it was . I wouldn’t book that again just the experience as I had a very upset autistic boy .

Los profesionales que validan los tickets un 10 (uno de ellos Alejandro). No recibí el código QR para entrar pero si el de la reserva y ellos solucionaron el problema a pesar de la cantidad de gente que había. La experiencia en el crucero buena, aunque era incómodo que la gente en la parte de arriba estuviera de pie y no dejaba ver a los que estaban sentados en sus asientos.

Au départ, le personnel explique qu’il ne faut pas crier sous les ponts, chose totalement inutile car non respectée de certaines personnes présentes sur le bateau. C’était tout simplement insupportable quand on passait sous les ponts et le personnel n’a pas jugé nécessaire d’intervenir et de répéter la consigne. Sinon le Qr code qui donnait des informations durant la croisière très bien, la crêpe bonne mais dommage un peu loin …..

Eu adorei o passeio. Fiz entre o último horário para ver a torre iluminada valeu muito a pena. Que noite incrível. Chegamos muito encima não tive a chance de provar o crepe, mas fica de aviso também. A prova de crepes é uns 15 min de distância do embarque e tão precisa ir com tempo para provar antes ou depois do passeio

The cruise was ok, unfortunately we couldn’t hear the commentary. Finding the crepe place was bit tricky as it was over the other side of river and quite a walk from where we got off the boat after trip. It was very busy but well organised. Nice to sit down for an hour as so busy exploring Paris for the day.

As I was traveling alone with my two children, this was a great way to see Paris with them without having to walk so much. At 3 p.m., the boat was full, so not everyone could sit upstairs. It was lovely to eat crêpes afterwards with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.

The Siro 1-hour activity went as planned. We first took the boat tour, which was comfortable as there weren't too many passengers. The audio tour guide is available in several languages and tells you about the sights as you go along. Afterwards, we picked up our crepes, which meant moving to another location not too far away. We had no problems with the activity.

The QR codes for checking in for the boat ride were missing on site. The tickets in the app were not enough and we had to call the hotline several times to finally get the codes. Fortunately, the employee on site was very friendly and helpful. Without knowledge of English or French, we would not have been able to manage it. The ride and the crepe were very good.

The river cruise was great and well organised. A little over crowded but that’s to be expected when travelling in Peak season. We chose the 5pm time slot which was probably a little early - try book a later slot if possible. The guide on our boat was very informative and did very well to explain the highlighted sites in both French and English. The crepes are a great touch but probably wouldn’t choose this tour because of the added crepe tasting..

The people who welcomed us were very courteous. The seats on board were not all ideal (obstructed view). The staff did not clearly indicate where the pancakes were, and we missed them. Thank you.

This cruise was superb! For an hour, we were able to see the most beautiful monuments of Paris with explanations provided by the audio guide on the loudspeaker. The cruise was supposed to end with a crêpe tasting, but this was canceled due to the closure for the national holiday weekend.

We did the sunset cruise at 10:00pm and have zero regrets. The views were incredible, everything was aglow including the Eiffel Tower which sparkled at 11pm and we were about to catch it in photos and video. Amazing experience, highly recommend and great way to get your bearings of the city. I took off one star because I felt that we were kind of stuffed in like sardines. The dinner cruises that passed us by looked much more serene and smaller groups of people. I didn’t book one of those because all said that the food wasn’t great. But in future , I would definitely consider that type of cruise.

le indicazioni per la visita… non erano chiare e io ero convinta fosse inclusa la salita al summit (siccome c’era scritto opzionale) pensavo una volta lì potessi scegliere quell’opzione dato che ho pagato 225 euro in 3… prossima volta salgo direttamente con i biglietti normali e senza tour… così non vado a buttare tutti quei soldi… ci sono rimasta molto male. specificate meglio prossima volta grazie.

Agréable moment, avec la chaleur du jour, ça nous a permis de faire une pause fraîcheur. La croisière permet de voir les différents monuments d'un autre point de vue, c'était très plaisant sans oublier la dégustation de crêpe sur le Trocadéro avec vue sur la tour eiffel pour clôturer cette belle journée.

The Eiffel Tower at night from the boat wow is amazing, but what we did not like: those crepes are disgusting. Please do not buy the package with the crepes. Find another place to eat before or after. The line to take the last boat is insane. You should buy tickets with slot time reservation. The best places are taken so fast, so if you get on the boat at the end you will see nothing. It is a lottery!!! I would have taken another boat maybe smaller.

Beautiful weather and the cruise was great not too crowded at the time we went. A fabulous way to see some glorious architecture… the Seine river was almost sparkling, you can certainly see it was cleaned up for the Olympics. On my last trip to Paris 2013 the Seine was very dirty. Just love Paris, the people have been very friendly and helpful, it certainly helps spending the extra few days when visiting to get to enjoy Paris. Often people only stay a day or two and don’t get to wander and visit local cafes and of course bakeries. ?❤️

We were a family of 3 adults. We visited the line at 5 pm and felt it was too hot to line up so we had dinner and lined up for the boat tour at 9:15 pm. The line to get to the boat took a little over an hour, but we made it on to the 10:30 pm boat (2nd from last boat). The views from the river were so beautiful - and we loved seeing the nightlife along the promenade! I noticed other boats had forward facing seating but this one has 2 rows of side seating on the top deck - we loved it! It was a perfect night! The free crepe wasn’t anything special. If you want an amazing French crepe also go somewhere else. But the activity around the crepe stand was fun - there were live performers, music, and “guess where the ball is” games to play. Note: if you play put your foot on the cup with the ball before you do anything else so you don’t get swindled! ?

The cruise was good but the commentary was disappointing. The app seemed to be out of order if the sights being visited. We didn’t do the crepe tasting as we couldn’t find it. We were told that the tasting was across the river from where we left the boat

It was easy to join the activity. The location of the crepe place was a bit of a walk, but fine as we ventured there afterwards for some photos. I would not name it as crepe tasting, perhaps ‘choose your tasty crepe’.

The cruise itself was fabulous ! Really pretty, just long enough at around an hour and it was nice that the time was flexible. The sights are spectacular and finding it was easy. The cons were that it wasn’t explained as clear as it could have been. The first things emailed were not actual tickets even though they said, so we had to go back to the office nearby and they explained that the tickets were under another name global. We did receive this email but it did not clearly state that it was our official tickets. Once that was cleared up it was fine but this happened while it was raining and the delay caused us to miss our boat and have to wait 30 min for another one which was annoying. Also we had an issue finding the crepe stand as it was dark and raining and close to closing so we skipped it so not sure if it was good or not. Would def still recommend just could have gone more smoothly.

The river cruise was nice, we were able to see many monuments. There is a pre-boarding area for those who cannot stand for long periods of time so that they are not standing in line waiting. On the boat are bathrooms and seating options for both indoor/outdoor options. While the boat does hold 599 people, once on it did not feel overly crowded. We took a night time cruise so my only complaint is the red lights on the inside of the ship, made it hard to scan the audio barcode and take pictures through the windows.

The boat ride was fine. There are over 10 notable sites from the Eiffel Tower to past Notre Dame then they turn around. The accompanying app is not very interesting as a guide so it is more about the view. We went at night so it was hard to take pictures because of lighting and we’re in the ditch of the Seine. BRING A JACKET because it was COLD ? up top with the views. The crepe was worth it. The location for pick up is a 10-15 minute walk away. It was good and worth the few bucks more for it. Reminder that the Eiffel Tower sparkles at the top of each hour so it’s best to get on the boat the the top of the hour. So you get sparkles on the way out and the way back.

Nice boat ride to see several historic and popular sites. Beautiful views on the iconic river. It was great but I feel like commentary on what we were seeing should’ve been included and just played over the speaker for everyone to hear (not upcharging for this feature or having to use my phone with my struggling battery life). Also was a bit difficult to find where the crepes were. The instructions should’ve just mentioned it was in front of the museum and gave clearer walking directions.

The river cruise was good and well organised. We didn't get the crepe due to the distance from the cruise port area not being next to it as the train station was the same side of the river as the cruise. It is also a street vender and didn't want to risk it not being there at night.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the cruise just before sunset on a very sunny day, and the buildings looked absolutely gorgeous with the sunset light, even more because they had all been cleaned up for the Olympic Games! The walk from the boat to the crepe tasting was a little long for my 90-year-old mother, especially because of the works, but the sight of the Eiffel tower behind us all illuminated on our way, and when we arrived at the Trocadero was worth the walk!

Excellent experience. The crepe stand is about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower so it’s not exactly at the foot of the tower but worth the walk. The Eiffel Tower views from the stand are beautiful.

Good trip, great views and route. PA system dreadful on the boat, so couldn’t hear a word of what was being said and had to walk alp the way around the boat to find a QR code that worked for English language route. Take drinks with you, because the machine dispensers are really bad!

Good activity. The crepe was delicious and the view of the Eiffel Tower from the recommended location was the best in the city. The river cruise was also great - I would recommend doing it in the day so that you can see all the sights. However, an evening cruise to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle may also be favoured. It was a smooth journey and the meeting points were easy to find. Overall a very enjoyable activity.

My friends and I did the boat tour as part of my 40th birthday celebration. We had travelled from London to Paris for a day trip. We liked that you provided regular updates and clear instructions on how to access the location. The crepe tasting was a lovely touch, it meant we did not need to go for lunch. The only downside is the audio guide of historical sights. It would have been nice having a live guide in English rather than through one's phone - this is why I gave 4 out of 5. However the map and visuals were more than enough.

It would be nice to have someone from staff that speaks English in front of where the ship departs so he can call for people when the ship is about to leave. Also a big lighted sign with the name of the cruise in front of the entrance would also be helpful, it could also contain the departure times.

The tour was amazing and I highly recommend the experience. It's super easy to find the starting point and I recommend booking the 5:30 pm time slot, as you'll have the opportunity to see the Eiffel Tower lights on (shine). Whatever ends up enriching the experience. The only negative point of the experience is that there wasn't much interaction with the guide.

Must do activity in Paris! The sunset cruise was absolutely breathtaking . It was amazing to see the natural beauty of Paris, while learning about some of the historical meighborhoods as well. The backdrop was gorgeous against the sunset while we got to see the EIffiel Tower light up at night. It was a was a magical experience. The crepes werent the best biut they were paid for! I would definitely do this activity again.

Our family really enjoyed this. My kids (ages 10-17) all thought it was fun amd relaxing. At first we were a little nervous about the experience because you feel like cattle lining up for the boat and there are a lot of people boarding the vessel. We wanted to sit on the top, but it filled up quickly. We grabbed a seat on the bottom next to a window and were able to stand at the lower outside rail the entire trip. We boarded around 8:45 and saw the sunset. It was a very memorable part of out trip. Getting the crepe afterwards was a little chaotic. The stand it up the hill next to the carousel. The queue is hard to understand and they were only offering 2 flavors. The man was rude, but I'm guessing he had had a long day. Overall, we loved it! Make sure to open and save the images of the tickets with QR codes they send to your email. The wifi/ cell service near the boat is terrible. They email lots of stuff, but you only need the QR codes delveed by email / not in app

We arrived 5 min before departure so we waited for the next boat and it pulled into the dock within a few minutes. Make sure to have your QR code ready. For best views I recommend sitting up top near the front, on the side opposite you board (sit river side). A narrator talked about the bridges and buildings in English, French and Spanish. One hour ride and it was perfect. We got crepes afterwards by the carrousel and it was easy to redeem the voucher and delicious.

The boat tour was great … a lovely, peaceful way to view the sights along the Seine. I couldn’t get the free audio tour to work but it was still nice. The description of the place with the crêpes was very confusing, and no one answered the live chat they offered. There are three crêpe food trucks within the vicinity of the description. They mean the one right next to the carousel, not the one at the top of the stairs as described in the voucher details. The crêpes were tasty and the perfect thing to eat at nearby Champ de Mars with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Can’t get more touristy than that! Great value for the price. I recommend this activity.

Tour itself is great, guide was tri-lingual (French/English/Spanish) - the only thing people should be aware of is that you may have to queue/wait a while to board depending when you go. We waited around an hour before boarding the third boat that came available.

what a different way to see Paris! you don't need to reserve your time slot which is nice but the boat is big so be prepared to wait on line and if the boat gets full, you have to wait for the next one. the app / wifi didn't work too well so if you do want to hear the audio and you didn't download it prior, you can only sit downstairs where there are radios you can listen to in your preferred language. honestly, for the pricepoint, this is a steal. you even get a free crepe or icecream at the stand right where they drop you off up the stairs which was absolutely delicious. definitely recommend as it is a nice 1 hour ride

We loved this river cruise. It’s the best way to see the main Paris sites in a convenient and fun way. The cruise runs every half hour so it was convenient to go whenever worked best for us. Be sure to get in line a little bit early. We enjoyed our view from the upper bench on the upper level. The crepe was good and conveniently located near the cruise & Eiffel Tower, but it wasn’t nearly the best crepe we had in Paris and is crowded with other vendors/tourists.

This was a surprisingly good cruise. The top of the cruise has outdoor seating for a 360 view. No other cruise had this. It really was beautiful to see Paris from the water. We only had time for a night cruise so it was nice to see the Eiffel Tower light up while we were on the water. Good for spring and summer nights when the weather is nice. There is also indoor seating with all glass windows for nice viewing on cooler days as well. Highly recommend

The boat tour was great but tge crepe guy was very rude and it was extremely hard to find the QR code for the one and hard to pull up emails but the crepes were good once we finally figured out how to pull up the codes, they should load them in the app!!!

The crepe was nice :). Boat was warm and a nice experience. We waited until after sunset which it seemed most others did too. So the queue was huge - we queued for over an hour which was really cold. The voucher stated last boat at 9pm but actually it ran later- though everybody had rushed to get what they thought was the last boat - which added to the large queues.

The tour itself was very good but I had some trouble to get the crepes as I could not provide the right code. When I finally said that I would pay for two crepes for the kids they were helpful and found my reservation. So, in the end everything went fine.

Turned up at the stated point for the cruise. Went through a small security cordon quickly. Then had a short wait in a queue to access the boat. The boat was a large boat with an upper and lower deck. I would estimate there were about 250 persons on board. The cruise was good showing the main points down the Seine. Translation for all nationalities was done via an app you connected to on board. Staff were efficient and helpful throughout and no problems were encountered. The additional crepe tasting experience was well worth the extra cost. An enormous crepe with Nutella. Lovely.

Easy to book, not the easiest ticket to redeem. There are multiple places where you board boats by the carousel. This ticket window is past the crepe sellers, down around the corner close to the boats. But nice ride once we got on. It wasn’t too crowded and we enjoyed the sights. Keep your phones charged, they send you a voucher on it with tickets and you use that to board. Our ride left every hour to hour and a half, so we didn’t have to be there at an exact time. There are two crepe stands afterwards right by the water, theirs is the one right by the carousel. Slightly confusing there, too, but they are pros and kept the lines moving. Overall for the price, I highly recommend. It’s wonderful to see Paris from the river especially in the evening.

Really nice trip on the Seine with a good, informative commentary in many languages including English. We saw some of the best buildings from the boat. We were even able to get the free crepes from a kiosk. They refused at first but eventually provided them.

This was absolutely lovely, the guide was very informative and the views were gorgeous! We did this on the last day and I wish we did it on the first as you see lots of things you might fancy further exploring. The boat was very comfortable and the translation phone was entertaining - they set it up like a story although because it was pre recorded sometimes I was a little confused and couldn’t see what they were talking about (missed out on physical queues you might get from a guide) that being said we were in December so we sat in the warm at the bottom, maybe if you sit at the top it’s clearer what’s being talked about so I’d suggest doing that especially in warmer months We didn’t do the crepes as we were cold but the stand looked lovely and people with crepes looked happy with them so I’m sure they are nice!

We were a group of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and did the river cruise on the first evening of our holiday in Feb. It was a lovely was to see Paris at night and as you leave from the foot of the Effiel tower, that landmark of checked off straight away. We sat upstairs which was chilly but nothing off putting. There was an inside option and some people moved between the both. We didn’t get to try the crepes on the package as the place was closed when we got there. Tip: Check the times as the last cruise time is different to the last crepe tasting time.

It was nice to see the different bridges, overall the idea is great, The issue was people moving around (standing and blocking the view), some families playing video games with a loud volume without guidance of a tour leader. The Audio was silent in weird pauses and story could be improved.

Amazing tour! We did it in the evening and it was just outstanding to see all the monuments and the city with the lights on. The view of the Eiffel Tower was really marvelous! The Bateau was very comfortable and warm and it allowed us to know more about the historic monuments. To end the cruise and the night we ate a delicious crepe at LE CARROUSEL DE LA TOUR EIFFEL whose staff was very kind! Thanks for this memorable experience!

The cruise was amazing. The reception/boarding was quick. There was lots of space inside and outside. It was a cold day and it started raining a little bit, but still great to be out. We tried using the audioguide offered, but the wifi signal got shortly after passing under the second bridge and it didn't work anymore, so that was a bad thing. We went on the 17h00 and it was perfect because we still had some daylight on the way in, and it was night on the way back, which means we saw the Eiffel tower in all it's splendor, with those cute shining lights - great timing for beautiful pictures. We went for the crepe afterwards, the man getting the orders was very rude and crepe dough was a bit raw, probably because they were in such a hurry to serve people even though there was a very short queue. But well. Nutella saved it.

We couldn't access our ticket for the free crepe after the cruise and were a little disappointed . so my advise would be get it before the cruise All round good cruise .

This is a great, relaxing way to spend some time in Paris. I strongly recommend trying to get a nighttime cruise, as you get a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower all lit up. Don’t stress if you see a long lineup, there is plenty of room on the boat. The audioguide through the wifi of the boat was good too.

The tour was very pleasant. The boat had indoor and outdoor and a toilet. You get to see a different view of Paris. The crepe tasting, honestly, was underwhelming. You only get to choose between two flavors, Nutella or sugar. And the area around the small creperie was a bit unhygienic. The crepe was big, though.

For the price and experience, I would recommend this activity to anyone. The skip-the-line element is for the ticket office. There was still a large queue to board the boat. However, this moved very quickly at around 8:30pm on a Friday. We were one of the last to join the boat so there were no seats on the top floor. However, you are able to stand on the outside of the bottom level which I would recommend as it wasn't as crowded. It was a lovely way to capture the sights and I would encourage anyone to cruise during the evening as everything looked so magical when lit up. Especially the Eiffel Tower!

The cruise in Seine is wonderful. We did at 18.00, almost sunset, the colours were amazing. And the crepe is just fantastic! Delicious! The only reason why I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, is because the wi-fi was vey bad so we could not connect and listen to the guide. I even try to connect with 4G but it is not allowed, you really need to connect to their wi-fi to be able to listen to the guide.

Our only complaint is we feel the Covid guidelines weren't sufficient. There should have been enough room to have a meter in between each bubble. It was a bit anxiety inducing having to try and stretch out to secure a big enough gap to feel comfortable.

It was wonderful! Since you could choose the start time, you could eat the crepe very flexibly and take part in the tour. We found both very quickly and well. The crepe was delicious and the boat tour in the evening at 8:00 p.m. at sunset was fantastically beautiful. Highly recommended for the price, I would do it again anytime!

it was a very nice experience. we decided to do it at sunset to be able to enjoy the golden hour on the city of Paris and if we had time we would certainly return to do another one around 9.00 pm to be able to see even better the ville lumiere. Unfortunately there was no real explanation of what we were looking at and we saw the city without knowing what one thing was compared to another (apart from the main monuments). the negative note was the crepe that had to be taken before boarding and was not prepared during the trip. Not knowing it and having no explanations from the staff we couldn't eat it and so we took a simple cruise. my advice is to take a simple cruise without the crepe option and to cover up very well if you want to do it in the evening.

Il giro è stato molto bello. A bordo si poteva collegarsi alla Wi-Fi e ascoltare comodamente l'audioguida dal cellulare. Sarebbe meglio avere l'orario preciso perché la fila è interminabile

Great trip along the Seine River. You get to see many of the main attractions. The crepes are a wonderful bonus. Easily tour the Eiffel Tower right afterwards.

Der var en del bøvl med billetterne og vi var derfor tæt på ikke at komme med, selvom vi havde købt billetter hjemmefra og var det 40 min før. Vi burde have modtaget en billet over mail, men gjorde vi ikke. Turen var god - svært at finde hvor man kunne få sin crepe bagefter

This was a fun experience. Wish I enjoyed more if not for one angry customer that screamed the whole time because someone took his seat. I love the light show. Definitely a must see especially from the river view. Great tour!!!

La croisière en elle même correcte, par contre les audios guide ne sont disponibles qu'à l'intérieurs du bateau, à l'extérieur il faut utiliser son smartphone, donc tout le monde le met avec haut parleur, du coup une belle cacophonie, et pour prendre les photos avec ce même smartphone, pas simple. De plus, nous avions droit à une crêpe à la fin du voyage, mais impossible de trouver la crêperie à l'adresse indiquée !!!!!

Balade sympathique et agréable s’il fait beau mais les monuments ne sont pas très visibles depuis le bateau ( si l’on n’a pas pu s’assoir en haut du bateau, à part la Tour Eiffel heureusement…), les télécommandes pour les commentaires guidés ne fonctionnent pas toujours et l’application dédiée ne fonctionne pas très bien non plus à cause du manque de réseau sur la Seine. A améliorer…

The boat was too crowded ! I could not sit on the top deck or outside . I had to sit inside the boat and could not see very well. Perhaps I should have taken the next boat , but I was under time constraints .

First of all, the contact before the trip was friendly and all outstanding questions were answered quickly and friendly - many thanks for that. The tour was very nice, the audio guide was easy to understand - only as soon as you used the audio guide on your cell phone could you no longer use it as a camera (at least that was the case with me). The crepe at the end was really tasty and the shop assistants were very friendly. I can only recommend this tour :)

Le personnel du bateau est très accueillant et très serviable. Par contre, je trouve que cette balade manque de commentaires, il y en a mais pas beaucoup... Quant à la dégustation chez oh régalade, le personnel n'est pas du tout accueillant, un touriste =un porte feuille. Le responsable fume sa cigarette à l intérieur du café pour travailler et débarrasser ses charrettes. Enfin bref, nous mangeons à côté et lui il passe avec sa clope dans ce mini préfabriqué qui sert de café à crêpe.... Le prix est excessif : une mini bouteille de vin =7,50€. En plus les crêpes doivent se commander dans le chapiteau en face....tu dois faire 2 queues avant d avoir ta crêpe et si tu n'es pas au bon stand tu fais 3 files avant d obtenir tes crêpes gratuites. Bref, la balade en bateau très bien mis l'endroit pour manger les crêpes = pourri mais les crêpes sont bonnes. Ah et malgré un petit nettoyage par les gars qui travaillent les tables sont sales !!!

The cruise is not bad enough, but there are many questions with the tasting of crepes). After the walk, it is not clear where and how to taste .. That went really well with the tickets! I think crêpes tasting is a bit over the top - you get a good crêpes, extras have to be paid for - the crêpes baker was not particularly friendly now ... but given the location it fits ... boat tour was super nice at 30 degrees and Evening mood, audio guide on the mobile phone was good, because no audio guides were available due to COVID ... overall very handy to have the tickets in advance - and then you go there if it suits you - until 9 p.m. ...

Very good experience! The cruise was lovely and the audio guide was really good. I recommend it. Wearing masks due to corona even when you are sitting outside was not so comfortable. the only issue was the crepe tasting. We have ordered the 4 crepes and 4 coffees, but we had to pay the full price because "we have used one of their tables".

The Wifi network allowing you to listen to the audio guide disconnects very often, which makes it impossible to follow the comments which are permanently cut off. Too bad, the Seine cruise seemed nice.

Nice boat trip with beautiful sunset. We hadn't seen a crepe on the last trip at 9 pm, unfortunately....???? We booked (and paid) Upon inquiry I was told that now everything was closed???

The Seine Cruise Tour itself was very nice. Optimally with a length of 1 hour. I also found it good that the introductory explanations were given in several languages. Despite the directions and maps, we couldn't find the way to the crepe, there was another building at the address given. It's a shame, but not bad.

Great boat trip, not much to complain about. Departs regularly so you never have to wait long. I didn't use the audio guide so I can't comment on that.

delicous pancakes and impressive view
You can use the ticket at any time. We taste pancakes first. Then we went on the seine river tour. It was very nice.

A great cruise alongside the most famous monuments in Paris about which an audio guide provides interesting information. The boat is very big so there is a lot of space. Crepe after the cruise is a delicious end to the experience.

I booked for July 14th but the cruises ended earlier than usual due to the fireworks. The local agency contacted me several times to find out if I had been able to take the cruise or not. I was therefore offered to take the cruise the next day. The agency even offered us extra pancakes for the inconvenience. I am really satisfied with the after sales service that followed me until the last minute. Otherwise the cruise is really great. Thank you.

Wonderful ride on the water to discover or rediscover Paris and admire its emblematic monuments against the backdrop of French song. The free pancake is perfect after this beautiful ride. Pleasantly surprised also to see that the cruise customers benefit from preferential prices on drinks at the pancake house.

The cruise allows you to see Paris quite differently. Especially watching the Eiffel Tower at night from the Seine is something magical. The boats are modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The idea of the pancake is great when you are hungry after the cruise. To do again!

This is my second trip to Paris. The cruise is magnificent. A good way to see the architecture and buildings of Paris. The pancakes at the foot of the Eiffel Tower are very good too but not as much as my mom's :)). I recommend this tour.
